FAQS

Is a trial essential?
I always recommend a trial for my brides so that you can feel confident and assured that you know what you would like specifically on your special day. Anytime from 2-3 months prior to your wedding day is a suitable time.
It is not essential for your bridal party to have trials carried out, though if it is wished for there to be, I will always accommodate.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
I do request that a non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required for my brides to secure your wedding date.
A £25 booking fee is required for all Occasion | Lesson services.

Changes to your original booking
There is no problem with making any changes made to your original booking, however this may effect your quote depending on the changes made, for example travel costs.
If it is an immediate change, i.e. adding another body to your bridal party on the day (should there be time), this must be paid in full of the wedding morning.

Payment explained
I kindly ask that all deposits are made within a week of you requesting my services.
Trial payments are paid in full of the date of your trial.
The remaining settlement fee is to be paid no later than the day before you wedding day.
The remaining settlement fee for Occasion | Lesson services are to be paid on the day.

I accept both Bank Transfer & Cash | I will always supply an invoice should you wish to receive one.

Travel expenses explained
I will travel within a 15 mile radius of my home free of any travel expense charged. After 15 miles, I do require a slight surcharge for any additional miles covered.
I will also add in your quote any travel fees such as: tolls/parking charges/restrictions.

Cancellation explained
I will always honour your right to cancel your booking, this will however result in you losing your non-refundable booking fee. If you have changed the time/date of your wedding, I will strive to accommodate, though if I am not available on your new date - your non-refundable booking fee will be not be returned.
